7 page web site. Includes a home page and 6 other pages of content. Your other pages can include, but are not limited to, sale barn, winners, show results, stallion get information, staff, breeding facilities, stallions, broodmares, foals, etc. Package can be adjusted to fit your needs.Photos are unlimited but descretion should be used for page loading purposes. Custom graphics and design layout of your web site are included. Additional pages can be added later for a fee. Hosting, domain name and maintenance not included.

Usually for large horse farms, ranches or small businesses with a lot of information. If you have several stallions to showcase and several horses for sale, this would be the package that you need. This type of web site usually contains contacts, stallions, mares, sale barn, foals, events, accomplishments, staff, breeding contracts, show results and training facility pages. Photos are unlimited but descretion should be used for page loading purposes. Everything is custom designed to fit your needs. Prices will vary depending on content and pages needed. Custom graphics and logo design (if needed) are included. Additional pages can be added later for a fee. Hosting, domain name and maintenance not included.

I will work closely with you throughout the design and implementation processes to ensure your satisfaction with your web site. Together we will decide on: layout, content, pictures, logos, colors and all other elements of your site design. You can be as involved as you want.

I require 50% of the design fee as down payment before I start on your site. Hosting and domain charges added to your package will need to be paid in full for 1 year. The balance of the design fee is due when the site is ready to go live. Payment options can be arranged upon request. Once your down payment has been received, your site will be completed in 6-8 weeks as long as you have sent all the required content needed to complete your site. My workload varies so completion dates can sometimes be earlier.

If for some reason you decide to cancel your site development before it is finished, you will be charged for the completed work at an hourly rate of $35.00 hour. If you have paid any domain or hosting fees for the year , the domain fee will not be refunded. All deposits, design fees, design services and web site hosting can be paid by check, money order, credit card or PayPal. Make checks payable to Kokopelli Krazy Web Design. I accept payments online by credit card using PayPal’s free secure online payment processing service. (A 3% processing fee will be added if you use a PayPal.)

Web Site Maintenance ~ $25.00 hour

Updates and changes are encouraged. Websites that are kept up-to-date and accurate with fresh content keep customers coming back. This includes adding new photos, horses for sale, or changing some text. Major updates such as additional pages are charged on a per page flat fee. Maintenance services are billed hourly in 15-minute increments. Once you have acquired one hours worth of updates, you will be billed.

Logos ~ $30.00 hour

I can design a custom logo for your business. Logos should represent your business ideas. When designing a logo I think the most important aspect is to create a vision that is appealing and attractive. Logos can be used for several aspects of advertising including, but not limited to, business cards, magazine advertisements, web sites and business signs. Logo design includes design and 3 revisions.

Stallion Ads Print Media

Stallion ads are generally used for magazine layouts or flyers. I can design an ad that portrays everything about your stallion including pedigree, accomplishments, etc. Please allow a minimum of three weeks lead time. No exceptions. Full color ads vary in price according to the amount of photos used for the ad. If the photos have to be scanned or retouched before using, design will usually cost on the higher end. Once you have approved the design, I can submit your ad to the magazine or print shop for you, if needed. Hosting

Domain name ~ $20.00 year

I will work with you to find the domain name that best fits your business. Please keep in mind you want your domain name to be something easy to remember. Usually your farm name is good or you can use the name of your stallion, as well. When choosing a name, try to keep it short and usually no more then 26 characters. Characters meaning: letters, numbers and sometimes a dash (-). Payment for the domain name is required at the time of registration. Domain names are renewable each year.

Favicon Creation and Installation~ $45.00

A Favicon is a small customized image that serves as a visual shortcut to your web site when it is bookmarked. They can appear on bookmarks, tabs and URL address bars. Visual branding can be an ongoing campaign for an e-business. Opportunities to insert your logo, brand, company name, or some other identifier into your visitor’s bookmarks will help you stand out in a crowed list of bookmarked web sites.
I can create a custom favicon for your site. You can email or send me your company logo and express your ideas on what you want it to look like. To see an example you can view the favicon for this site (a kokopelli) in the address bar and any tabs that are supported by your browser.

Photo Scanning ~ $3.00 per photo

I can scan your photos into digital media for you. I can also scan negatives into digital media. Negatives should be in good shape and not scratched. I can not make good photos from bad negatives. Photos can later be put on a disc or emailed to you.

Search Engine Submission and Web Site Optimization ~ $29.99 Month

Drive more high qualified traffic to your web site by improving your search engine visibility. Web sites that are optimized correctly for your keywords will help place your site higher in the search engines so your customers can find you. With my Search Engine Submission software I will:

• Report your search engine rankings
• Target your keywords
• Optimize your web pages
• Submit URLs to search engines and directories

Image Enhancements ~ $45.00 (Set up fee)

I can install a simple, unobtrusive image script that overlays a larger version of an image on the current page for display when clicked on. The larger image that is displayed can have a caption, title and other information on it. This is an excellent way to show your images close up so you potential clients can get a better look at what you are selling. It works on all modern browsers.
